Role Requirement: We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with 4–6 years of relevant SAP EWM experience, including strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The consultant will be responsible for participating in end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, integration, cutover, and post-go-live support. The role requires strong functional knowledge of warehouse processes and integration with other SAP S/4HANA modules.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation projects.
• Conduct business requirement gathering and translate warehouse requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Configure and support SAP EWM processes based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and PP teams to ensure integrated warehouse processes.
• Support data migration activities using tools like LTMC/LTMOM or Migration Cockpit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of hands-on SAP EWM consulting experience.

• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics business processes.

Role Requirement: We are looking for an SAP PP-QM (Production Planning & Quality Management) Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting integrated production and quality processes. The ideal candidate has worked across discrete and/or process manufacturing environments, understands the tight PP-QM-MM-SD integration points, and is comfortable contributing to fit-to-standard workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live/hypercare support, ideally with S/4HANA exposure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap workshops to map manufacturing and quality business requirements to standard SAP processes.
• Configure core PP processes: material requirements planning (MRP), BOM, routing/work centers, production/process orders, order confirmation, and goods movements.
• Configure core QM processes: inspection types, inspection plans, sampling procedures, results recording, usage decisions, and quality notifications.
• Design and configure inspection lot triggers across the value chain (goods receipt, in-process, goods issue, delivery) and integrate with batch management.
• Support batch/lot management, shelf-life expiration, and batch determination, including FEFO/FIFO strategies where applicable.
• Configure Quality Certificates and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) processes for regulated or customer-mandated quality documentation.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and FI/CO teams to ensure integrated procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and costing flows involving inspection lots and stock postings.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (forms, interfaces, enhancements) and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
• Drive SIT/UAT cycles, prepare test scripts, and manage defect resolution.
• Support data migration activities (e.g., BOMs, routings, inspection plans, open production orders) using tools like LTMC/LTMOM or Migration Cockpit.
• Support cutover activities and hypercare post go-live.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of SAP PP and QM experience, ideally spanning at least one S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or migration (On-Premise or Public/Private Cloud).
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in: MRP (classic and/or MRP Live), BOM/Routing maintenance, Production/Process Order execution, Work Center/Resource setup.
• Strong hands-on configuration in QM: inspection planning, sampling, results recording, usage decision, quality notifications (Q1/Q2/Q3), and certificate management.
• Understanding of integration points with MM (procurement/inventory), SD (delivery/quality holds), and FI/CO (product costing, WIP settlement).
• Experience with batch management, shelf-life, and expiration date handling, especially relevant for pharma and chemical industries.
• Exposure to Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), MES integration, or shop-floor connectivity is a strong plus.
• Exposure to Fiori apps relevant to Manufacturing and Quality (e.g., Manage Production/Process Orders, Record Quality Inspection Results, Manage Quality Notifications).
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, SSCUI-based configuration (for Public Cloud exposure), or classic SPRO/IMG configuration (for On-Premise/Private Cloud).
• Experience with data migration tools (LTMC, Migration Cockpit) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to lead workshops and interact directly with shop-floor and quality stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of S/4HANA simplifications in SD (e.g., simplified pricing, real-time integration with FI, embedded analytics via Fiori).
• Exposure to Advanced ATP (aATP), Advanced Intercompany sales is a strong plus.
• Understanding of integration points with MM (Procurement), PP (Production) and FI/CO (Revenue Recognition, Billing).
• Experience with third-party/intercompany sales processes, consignment, or returns processing is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise data warehousing solutions while ensuring seamless integration between SAP BW/4HANA and cloud-based data platforms. The consultant will play a critical role in supporting strategic customer engagements by delivering robust data extraction, transformation, reporting and analytics solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking key project activities at a detailed level including administrative items associated with a complex technical SAP deployment.
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot daily/ periodic data load failures across both SAP BW/4HANA Process Chains and BDC data streams.
• Formulates recovery plans or assessing impact if not recoverable and escalates as appropriate. Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA data models, Info Providers, ADSOs, Composite Providers, and Open ODS Views.
• Develop and optimize ETL/data loading processes using SAP BW tools.

• PMP/PRINC2/Agile Scrum certification is not mandatory but will have more weightage
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
