About us: Established in 2017 in the UK, Percipere is a fast-growing Premier Process Integrator for ERP and Process re-engineering engagements that works with leading clients in Europe, Americas,Middle East and India. We have ambitious growth targets in APAC market, and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets.

Role Requirement: This role requires a deep understanding of SAP products (such as S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and industry-specific solutions) and the ability to position them effectively to meet customer business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales numbers from the respective regions.
• Be on ground and tap all potential markets, corporates and industrial areas in the region.
• Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team.
• Build and maintain C-Level relationships in the named Enterprise Accounts.
• Nurture the prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem.
• Evaluate key trends in the ERP eco-system and identify emerging trends.
• Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives.
• Pro-actively track competitor movements in the market.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP solution sales or enterprise software sales.
• Strong knowledge of SAP portfolio (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, Analytics, etc.).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in selling SAP solutions in [specific industry, e.g., Automotive, Manufacturing].
• Familiarity with SAP licensing models and pricing.
• Existing network of SAP clients and partners.
• Preferably from SAP Gold or Platinum Partner company

Role Requirement: As SAP Finance Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering robust, future-ready SAP Finance solutions. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders and technical teams to design architectures that align with business goals and ensure successful end-to-
end implementation. You will engage with clients to understand their finance processes, business objectives and functional requirements, and translate these into scalable, sustainable SAP Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of SAP Finance solutions, including end-to-end architecture, solution blueprints and technical design documentation.
• Advise customers on best practices, configuration choices, and integration approaches to maximize solution effectiveness and long-term value.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide functional and architectural guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle from design to go-live and stabilization.
• Mentor and support junior consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and design reviews.
• Continuously stay abreast of SAP Finance innovations, product enhancements, and industry trends to strengthen solution design and delivery.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in finance-related roles, with at least 10 years working on large-scale SAP implementations.
• Strong experience in conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops, requirements validation, and solution walkthroughs in SAP-led implementations.
• Proven track record as a SAP FICO Solution Architect, with deep expertise across the SAP Finance portfolio, including the latest capabilities in S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of internal and external accounting principles and end-to-end financial processes.
• Solid knowledge of how Finance processes integrate with other business functions and operational workflows.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling modules including New GL, Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and allocations, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and allocation, and Project Systems (PS).
• Good understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM,SD and PP.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to standard SAP configuration and custom developments including basic familiarity with SAP technical products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and guide cross-functional project teams.
• Strong collaborative mindset with a customer-focused and results-driven approach.
• High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of Treasury and Product Costing is an advantage.
