Percipere was brought in to support a highly complex SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition implementation. Engaged late in the project lifecycle — just weeks prior to go-live — Percipere’s role was to provide solution quality assurance and deploy a deep pool of subject matter experts (SMEs). Percipere delivered within a tight timeframe and subsequently won the Application Management Support contract. Percipere AMS team delivered a 650+ hour programme of work in 3 months.

Within a short timeframe, the team delivered targeted SAP solutions, supported implementation stabilisation, closed critical knowledge gaps, and helped guide the project to a successful go-live —ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements. As a result, Percipere was awarded a three-year Application Management Support (AMS) contract and, designed and executed a 650+ hour remediation and stabilisation plan, successfully delivering the post-implementation programme of work.
